AUSTRIAN COUNTRY HOUSE
This project, an Austrian country house, demanded creativity: the client desired a combination of modern and Japanese features, while simultaneously preserving traditional Austrian components of the house, most notably a turn of the century wooden winepress that had seamlessly been incorporated into the building structure. The most inspirational elements, however, were the prominent views and natural hues of the lush Austrian scenery.
